Harbin Dongyu Agricultural Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise which is integrateed with scientific research, development, design, manufacture and installation. It has obtained the certificate of ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification since 2001. As an excellent enterprise in Harbin Development Zone and a key enterprise in grain drying industry, the company has the qualification of general contractor of project, which is authorized by Provincial Construction Department.
Its subsidiary—Harbin Dongyu Agricultural Engineering Design Institute has the second grade qualification for project designing, which is authorized by National Construction Ministry, the institute is mainly responsible for construction project researching and developing for seed and grain processing as well as large storage.
We have 24 researchers and high engineers, 34 engineers and a factory which is able to manufacture many kinds of grain dryers, large storage silos, elevators and conveyors and so on.
The project—full set equipment and technology for grain processing, as a research task of National Agriculture Ministry, was completed by Dongyu company, and was listed in the key popularization plans of national grade scientific and technological achievements by National Science and Technology Ministry. The company developed the Compound Technology Rice Dryer on its own, and the dryer was chosen in the key new products with national grade by five ministries in 1999, also the product achieved national patent and the agricultural machine popularization license issued by National Agriculture Ministry, and in 2001, the dryer was listed in national grade Torch Program by National Science And Technology Ministry.
